Hosting of a domain of your choice(.co.za) for your emails and webspace. We create a professional presence for your business. Included is an E-Fax server to receive faxes in your email to save or attach to documents for later reference. Fax out and email from the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite are also included. (fax charges are extra). A website can be created in the space available at an extra cost, to increase your digital presence.
We include remote installation and support for the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite. Initial training is also included via a remote link. With on-site install or support, an additional fee will be charged. There are some prerequisites, your ICT technicians must provide your on-site support. We provide a full help desk system that is ticket-based. All users have access to the ticket system via email or online access, all faults are logged and handled by the support staff and give feedback to the relevant user.
There are no charges for licenses, workstations or users. NO monthly or annual fees. Unlimited workstations and users. We have a straightforward cost structure, pay as you use, you don’t pay for what you don’t use. All the modules work on a per-user base. It charges a unit per function. If you don’t use the trust function you don’t pay for it. It is fair to all size offices, the smaller office pays less.
We have the following prerequisites for the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite to work optimally. We require a working network and server location for the database to be installed. The server can be Microsoft Windows-based or Linux. The workstations must be Microsoft Windows, laser printers are required for the printing of documents, returns, and reports. A stable broadband internet connection is also required for some functions in the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite and remote access for support. We only support the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite with a remote connection when the infrastructure is fully operational. All on-site support of the infrastructure and other software must be handled by your ICT support team. We can assist with anti-virus solutions, on-site support, and other services with the help of our partners.
We provide a backup of the Pro-Sheriff Administration Suite data, included with the solution. Backups are done to a secure cloud service for easy retrieval and recovery. Multiple versions are backup for your convenience. Backups space is limited, for other files that need to be backed up we can arrange a bigger size at an additional cost.
